Anthony Fisher brings a fresh approach in helping individuals define their purpose and leadership influence. It is through his life’s journey and quiet reflection that has transformed him into the person he is today. His understanding of living a life of significance is not just a thought, dream or idea, but believes it can be a reality for those who embrace their strengths and are willing to be lifelong learners of themselves amongst change and uncertainty.
Anthony Fisher is a man on a mission. His mission is to help people understand and fulfill their purpose by harnessing their strengths and releasing their potential for the purpose of becoming a personal brand of excellence. Anthony often says "You Cannot Influence Who You Do Not Inspire". He believes it is through inspiration that we are able to make significant impact on the lives of others. He understands that successful leaders recognize their unique gifts and talents and are willing to follow their passion with a "Just Do It" attitude. In his study time, he recognizes that successful leaders also come to terms with accepting their shortcomings and fears; rising above the difficulties in their life, while still improving the lives of others. He has found that real leaders allow their Life to Speak.
In 2000, Anthony founded Fisher Design Group; a privately held design agency located in Southern California. Working with clients throughout the country has proven to be an invaluable experience that proved to not only prepare him for the various levels of services he offers but it also gave him the resources, tools and appreciation for what business owners go through on a daily basis. As Anthony likes to say "There's no substitute for taking the plunge and stepping out in faith to run a business". Business shows you what you're made of. It confronts your weaknesses and validates your strengths. You learn how to lead, negotiate and inspire all in one day. How crazy is that!"
At age 23, Anthony graduated from the University of Azusa Pacific with a Masters degree in Educational Technology. He also earned his Bachelors of Arts degree in 1996 with an emphasis in Graphic Design. While attending Azusa Pacific University for his undergraduate work, he held the responsibility of team leader for both cross country and track and field teams and has successfully earned 4 National Championship titles in 4 years. With much sacrifice, hard work and commitment, he was able to run a mile in 4:04. His best 5 mile cross country time was 25:12. He was one of the top cross country and track and field runners in the nation and has competed at the US National level for years. Through his experience at APU, he has been able to successfully transfer his mental attitude and competitive experiences on the field and apply them to business and life. The correlation to running is such a great teacher for business and life that he encourages people to run. He says "You learn much about yourself when it hurts and you want to give up, but you learn more about yourself when you make the commitment to keep going and push through the pain.
Anthony is also a family man living in Southern California with his wife and 3 beautiful children. He loves working from home, traveling, speaking and coaching various audiences and individuals. He also enjoys a competitive round of golf. On a daily basis, Anthony strives to be a man of character and integrity and pursues excellence in all that he does. He finds pleasure in working with individuals who share his passion and purpose for living.
